Bluebell Barn is part of a unique development of former farm buildings that have been imaginatively converted with extensive use of local materials.
Tastefully designed and furnished to a very high standard, the single storey accommodation is for up to four people. A cot is available for those with young children.

The accommodation
The accommodation, centrally heated throughout, comprises:
- Sitting Room: Double height with original wooden flooring, and good range of seating. French windows open to the front and rear gardens. Wood burner, large screen TV, Freeview, DVD, CD Player, games and books makes this a comfortable room to relax and unwind.
- Kitchen: Exceptionally well equipped with original wooden flooring. Range electric cooker, Smeg fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
- Dining area: With refectory table seating eight.
- Master Bedroom: Spacious, double height with French Doors to the garden. King size bed, dressing table, sofa bed, double built in wardrobe. Door to En suite bathroom.
- En suite bathroom: Separate shower, WC and basin.
- Bedroom 2: Bright and sunny with twin beds and ample storage.
- Bathroom 2: Bath, separate shower, WC and basin.
- Outside: There is a pretty, secure, paved rear garden with gate to the garage and rear parking area. Garden furniture and barbecue for summer use. Secure front lawned garden with gate to entrance drive. Views over the large pond.

Sculthorpe
Sculthorpe is the ideal place to explore the unspoilt countryside of North Norfolk and the splendid sandy beaches at Brancaster and Holkham are within easy reach. With golf, sailing, birdwatching and walking found locally there is always plenty to see and do.
Nature reserves can be found at Sculthorpe, Pensthorpe, Titchwell and Cley. The village of Sculthorpe has a church and pub serving good food.
The market town of Fakenham with a good range of shops and weekly market and auction, is only a couple of miles away.
