As its name suggests, Hideaway house is tucked away in the oldest part of Wells, just back from the quay and moments from bustling Staithe Street, with its shops and restaurants - the perfect location for a family holiday.
With a pretty south facing walled garden the property has all you need to relax and unwind.

The accommodation
The accommodation, centrally heated throughout, comprises:
Ground Floor
- Hall: Spacious hall with wooden floor, under stairs cupboard and stable door.
- Sitting Room: Double aspect, spacious room with French doors leading out to the garden. Woodburner, reclining sofas and chairs. Flat screen television with DVD and Freeview. CD player. Ample storage with books and games.
- Kitchen/Diner: Bright and sunny room with oak flooring. Well-equipped kitchen with Smeg range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Dining Area: With large refectory table seating eight. French doors opening onto the garden.
First Floor
- Bedroom 1: Bright and sunny master bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. King size bed, double wardrobe and dressing table.
- Bedroom 2: King size bed, double wardrobe and dressing table. A door leads to:
- Bathroom 1: Separate shower, WC and basin (also accessed from the passageway).
- Bedroom 3: With bunk beds and ample storage.
- Bedroom 4: With zip and link bed giving the option of a super king-size or two single beds. Double wardrobe and dressing table.
- Bathroom 2: Slipper bath with shower attachment, WC and washbasin.
Outside
- The south facing courtyard garden has a table with seating for 8.
A barbecue is provided for summer use. - The secure entrance provides additional storage for bicycles etc.
- Off road parking for two to three cars.

Wells-next-the-Sea
Wells is a popular seaside town on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Wells, with its shops and restaurants is the perfect location for a holiday at any time of the year.
For those seeking a traditional holiday there is a sandy beach, boating lake, miniature railway and crabbing on the quay. The more energetic can enjoy sailing, wind-surfing and walking along the coastal path.
Further afield, Holkham, Burnham Market, the seal colonies at Blakeney and the Georgian market town of Holt are all within easy reach.
