Based three miles from the Georgian Market town of Holt, we have been letting and managing holiday cottages in this beautiful and unspoilt area for over ten years and are committed to providing owners and guests with the best possible service.
Our cottages are located within the immediate area, allowing us to provide owners with a highly personal service, the ability to deal promptly with any problems and access to a network of local suppliers and tradesmen.
LETTINGS
We offer a flexible lettings service and are happy to work with owners without restriction on the number of weeks a property is available for letting. All we ask is that owners keep us informed of any dates that are unavailable.
We aim to generate the best possible return to our owners through:
- Offering help and advice on the current rental market, pricing and the marketing of your property
- Promoting your cottage with an individual page on our highly successful website glavenvalleycottages.com using professional photographs, a simple property description, pricing and current availability.
- Continual investment and development of our website with performance monitoring to ensure bookings are maximised – we work closely with our web designer to ensure our website is easily found.
- Regular advertising in local and national magazines and trade journals
- A regular newsletter enabling us to stay in touch with guests and promote any new properties and offers.
- An established customer base – many of our bookings are repeats
- Using the latest technology to deal with bookings and enquiries seven days a week and in real time
- Handling all the time consuming paperwork including booking confirmations, information for guests and collection of deposits and rentals.
- Prompt owner payments on the 5th of the month in which the booking is made
- Providing a 24 hour emergency contact number and arranging for any problems to be dealt with promptly.
