Thornham
Dix Cottage is a bright and stylish, luxury Norfolk holiday cottage in the centre of the pretty coastal village of Thornham, once a regular haunt of smugglers. Nearby is the award winning Orange Tree Pub.
The cottage has recently been renovated and is equipped and furnished to a high standard. Private parking and garden with furniture and BBQ.
Ground Floor
The bright and spacious accommodation with modern electric NSH heating and a wood burning stove, comprises; Sitting room with twin leather sofas, wood burning stove, flat screen TV with DVD player, Freeview and wi-fi. Separate kitchen / diner with an excellent range of units, tiled floor, wooden worktops, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), cooker, microwave and washing machine; dining area with table and seating for four.
First Floor
Stairs to first floor, NB for those with small children the stairs are open tread with a secure handrail, Off the landing luxurious master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, i-Pod docking station, storage and views over the garden. Separate twin bedded room with fitted wardrobe and bedside furniture. Bathroom with tiled floor, bath with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Outside
Secure, private, partly walled west facing garden approached over a gravel drive, with lawn, patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars.

Thornham
Thornham is a pretty village on the North Norfolk coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty and is an excellent base to explore the beautiful coastline and surrounding countryside.
The cottage is within walking distance of the village amenities including three pubs, restaurants, café and deli. Nearby is an excellent farm shop selling local produce. Thornham has a beautiful and unspoilt sandy beach, surrounded by marsh and inlets, reached via the coastal path. From here you can walk right along the coast towards Hunstanton. The RSPB reserve at Titchwell is just a mile from Thornham. Sailing, tennis, windsurfing and golf can be found nearby.
The traditional seaside town of Hunstanton, Brancaster, Burnham Market and Holkham with its magnificent beach, are within easy reach.
