The accommodation

The stylish, contemporary accommodation with gas central heating comprises: Entrance door to spacious, open plan ground floor on three levels with oak flooring throughout; dining area with dining table seating four. Step down to the well equipped kitchen with a range of painted units with wooden worktops, gas cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Further step down to the comfortable sitting area with large sofa, contemporary recliner, coffee table and storage. Door off leading to utility area with tiled floor, original pine doors and washing machine, ironing board and iron. Separate cloakroom with WC, heated towel rail and basin. From the sitting room French doors lead to the secure, decked garden with a shady apple tree – hammock provided!

From the dining room stairs lead to the first floor landing. Double bedroom off with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Across the landing is the master bedroom with lovely views across Wells to the lifeboat station and out to sea. Double bed and storage. Off the landing is the tiled bathroom, with shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Please Note: This stylish and comfortable cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all, but please be aware the cottage has broadband but no TV. In keeping with a property of this age the stairs are steep and may not be suitable for some.

With a pictureseque quay, long sandy beach framed by pine trees and brightly painted beach huts, this charming seaside town with its shops, galleries and winding streets has lots to offer – birdwatching, walking, cycling and crabbing on the quay.

Wells is within easy reach of Holkham, Burnham Market and Holt. The cottage is a short walk to the shops, quay and restaurants.
