Clee House is a gem - an attractive two bed roomed Victorian Norfolk Flint cottage located in the oldest part of the village, close to the shops, post office, bus routes and all other amenities, with ample off road parking. The cottage is well equipped with four star visit Britain grading and a pretty patio garden. You will find everything you need here, including local maps, walking guides and tourist information to make the most of your break in Norfolk.
The village of Briston is the perfect location for all that North Norfolk has to offer whether on the coast or in beautiful countryside of the Glaven Valley. With an award winning local butchers, bakery, co-op, and local produce on hand, Briston is an exceptionally well served village, with the benefit of excellent transport links across the county.
The Georgian market town of Holt, with excellent shopping is less than a 10 minute drive. Nearby scenic coastal villages including Cley, Blakeney, Wells, Salthouse, Holkham and Weybourne offer beaches, bird watching, seal tours, arts and crafts, gift shops, walking and cycling.
Norfolk attractions such as Pensthorpe Nature Reserve (as featured on BBC Springwatch), The Thursford Collection, the Poppy Line Steam Railway and Blicking Hall are all close by, Cromer and the city of Norwich are just half an hour’s drive away.

The accommodation
Accommodation with night storage heating (NSH) comprises:
- Sitting Room: Wooden floor, bay window and original working fireplace. Comfortable seating, TV, Freeview, DVD and CD Player with iPod connection, games, DVDs and books. Broadband is available via a USB cable. NSH.
- Dining Room: With original fireplace, dining table with seating for four. NSH.
- Kitchen: Well equipped with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate walk in pantry for food storage.
- Utility Room:With Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Cloakroom: With WC and hand basin.

- Bedroom 1: Spacious double room with original fireplace. king sized bed and double wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: Spacious double-bedded room with dressing table and double wardrobe.
