The Coach House is a newly converted, award winning, luxury former coach house set in it's own peaceful rural position, overlooking parkland in the village of Sculthorpe.

- Dining Area: with seating for four.
- Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with an excellent range of units with dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.
- Master Bedroom: with king sized bed and ample storage. En suite bathroom with bath, bath shower, basin and WC.
- Twin Bedroom: with storage.
- Wet Room: Separate tiled wet room with shower, basin and WC. Utility area with washing machine and sink.

- Outside secure lawned garden overlooking parkland and with distant views to the church.

Sculthorpe
Sculthorpe Village, with its Parish Church of St Mary & All Saints, part of which dates back to the early 14thC, is the ideal base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast and countryside, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The village is only a few miles inland from the beautiful, sandy beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells, where excellent sailing, water sports and golf can be found. There are plenty of places of interest nearby including The Hawk & Owl Trust at Sculthorpe Moor, Houghton Hall, Pensthorpe, the home of BBC's Springwatch, bird reserves at Titchwell and Cley Marshes and the popular town of Burnham Market, with its shops and restaurants.
The village has a pub, The Hourglass, serving good food. There are also several other well known eateries locally. The nearby market town of Fakenham has a good range of shops, two supermarkets, a weekly market and racecourse.
