Situated on a quiet rural lane, single storey Grade II listed Daubeney Cottage dates from the 18th Century. The Cottage has been imaginatively converted from the redundant farm buildings.
The single storey cottage is situated within a courtyard, with parking directly outside. The spacious accommodation has reclaimed wooden flooring, original tie beams and a wood burning stove for the colder months. It has its own private walled garden.

The accommodation
The accommodation, centrally heated throughout, comprises:
- Sitting Room/Kitchen: Spacious, open-plan, double height with original tie beams, the sitting room is comfortable and relaxing with comfy sofas and a woodburning stove. Well equipped with TV, Freeview, DVD, CD Player, games and books. The scrubbed pine table has seating for three. The kitchen area is well equipped with eye level cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
- Double Bedroom: A passageway leads to the double bedroom with king sized bed, storage and wardrobe. Door to the garden.
- Bathroom: The bathroom has been recently refurbished and has a bath with over bath shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail.
- Outside: Private, paved, walled garden with garden table, seating and barbecue. Storage available for bicycles in the barn.

Sharrington
Sharrington is a pretty, quiet rural village on the edge of the Glaven Valley, three miles west of the Georgian Market town of Holt and a short distance from the coast at Blakeney and Morston.
