Ground Floor
The accommodation, with gas fired central heating and a woodburning stove, comprises; Entrance door to hall with wooden flooring, under stairs cupboard and rear entrance door. Double aspect sitting room with French doors to the garden. Woodburning stove, reclining sofas and chairs. Flat screen television with DVD, SKY, wi-fi and CD player. Book library and games. Bright and sunny Kitchen/diner with oak flooring and French doors to garden. Well-equipped kitchen with Smeg range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; dining area with large refectory table seating eight, flat screen TV and CD player.
First Floor
Stairs from the hall lead to the landing area; Bedroom 1: bright and sunny master bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. King size bed, double fitted wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, double fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Newly refurbished en suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin (also accessed from the passageway). Bedroom 3: with bunk beds and ample storage. Bedroom 4: With zip and link bed giving the option of a super king-size or two single beds. Double fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Family bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
Outside
The house is accessed via a door in the wall, gravel path leading through a flowering vine arch to paved garden area with fruit tree and border. Garden furniture and table. Storage for bicycles in the covered entrance. Private parking for 2 cars.

Wells-next-the-Sea
Wells-next-the-Sea is a popular seaside town on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Wells, with its shops, restaurants and galleries is the perfect location for a holiday at any time of the year.
The long sandy beach is framed by pine woods and brightly painted beach huts, which can be rented by the day. There is also a boating lake, miniature railway to and from the beach and crabbing on the quay. The more energetic can enjoy sailing, wind-surfing and walking along the coastal path.
Further afield, Holkham, Burnham Market, the seal colonies at Blakeney and the Georgian market town of Holt are all within easy reach.
