Kittiwake Cottage is a luxury, newly built, detached cottage in the coastal village of Brancaster.
The cottage, finished and equipped to a very high standard, sleeps up to 6. Set in a quiet location with a west facing garden overlooking paddocks, the house is the perfect spot for a family holiday.

The accommodation
The spacious, bright, centrally heated, family friendly accommodation comprises:
Downstairs entrance hall leading to a large, sunny open plan living area; fitted kitchen with island unit and good range of units all with wooden worktops, butlers sink, range cooker, dishwasher and washer drier; dining area with dining table seating 6; living area with wood burning stove, flat screen TV with Sky, DVD player, CD player and comfortable seating, games and books. Triple doors lead out to the west facing terrace and garden.
Off the hall is a separate double bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Separate, tiled wet room with basin and WC.
Upstairs a spacious landing leads to the master bedroom with king size zip and link bed (can be double or twin), fitted wardrobe, dressing table and storage. En suite shower room with basin, WC and heated towel rail. Second double bedroom with king sized bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table. En suite bathroom with bath, basin, shower and heated towel rail.
Outside, gravelled driveway with parking for up to 2 cars, with further parking nearby. Secure, private, west facing rear garden overlooking paddocks. Garden furniture and BBQ provided.

Brancaster
Brancaster is a popular village on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. Designated an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the majority of the coastline is managed by The National Trust.
The village of Brancaster, partly dating to roman times is renowned for its vast expanse of sandy beach and dunes and is a popular choice for families.
The area is perfect for cycling, walking, riding, bird watching, picnicking or just relaxing. There is lots to see and do locally - sailing and water sports at Brancaster Staithe, golf at Brancaster and Holme, tennis at Brancaster and Brancaster Staithe, bird watching at the RSPB reserve at Titchwell or walking on the coastal path and Peddars Way.
The cottage is a stone’s throw from the village shop and post office and a short walk from the Ship Inn, one of the “Flying Kiwi” Inns, recently refurbished and serving excellent food. In nearby Brancaster Staithe the well know eateries. The White Horse and Jolly Sailors can be found. The nearby town of Burnham Market is recommended for shopping.
