Set in a quiet, location in the centre of the pretty coastal village of Cley-next-the-Sea. The well equipped family friendly cottage sleeps 5.

The accommodation
The spacious accommodation with oil fired central heating comprises entrance hall with pamment floor, space for coats and boots. Downstairs WC and basin.
Bright, modern, well equipped kitchen with pamment floor, good range of units, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave etc.
Sitting room with wooden flooring, open fire, comfy sofas, flat screen TV, freeview and DVD , wi-fi, games and books. French doors lead to the patio and garden. Dining table with seating for 6.
Off the hall is the bright and sunny master bedroom with king size bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobe, flat screen TV with built in DVD player, French doors to the patio and garden. En suite shower room with tiled floor, shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Stairs from the hall lead to landing area with storage cupboard and bookcase Large, double aspect twin bedded room, fitted wardrobe and storage. Separate family bathroom, bath with shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Single bedroom with wardrobe, storage and toys.
Outside, covered parking bay, front garden with walnut tree. Secure rear garden with patio and garden furniture, lawned area with apple tree.

Cley-next-the-Sea
Cley-next-the-Sea is a pretty, unspoilt coastal village on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Once a significant port on the Glaven Estuary, the village is now a mecca for birdwatchers with the award winning RSPB Bird Reserve at Cley Marshes nearby. The village is exceptionally well served with two pubs, both serving food, a smokehouse, delicatessen, bookshop, gallery and café – all within walking distance.

The pretty Georgian market town of Holt, with its shops, restaurants and galleries is four miles away. The beautiful sandy beaches at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham are within easy reach. There is lots to see and do in the area – sailing at Morston, Blakeney and Wells, crabbing at Blakeney, seal trips from Morston to Blakeney Point, golf at Sheringham, eating out at good local restaurants including Michelin starred Morston Hall.
